Processing Times

  - Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

  - Orders placed after 12 PM PST may be processed the following business day.

  - During high-volume periods (holidays, product launches, promotions),          processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Area

  - We currently only ship within California.

  - We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

 

Shipping Methods & Rates

  - All shipments are sent via California Priority Shipping to ensure freshness.

  - Flat-rate shipping will be applied at checkout.

  - Free shipping promotions may be offered and clearly marked at checkout.

 

Delivery Times

  - Orders typically arrive within 1–3 business days after leaving our facility.

  - Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.

  - Delivery timelines may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

 

Perishable Goods

  - Our baked goods and meal items are perishable. Shipments may only go out Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays.

  - Packages are packed with insulated materials and ice packs.

  - Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the package at delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  - If your order arrives damaged, melted, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  - Include photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.

  - Depending on the situation, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Order Changes & Cancellations

- Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

- After processing begins, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
